Fear & Mindset
AI Didn't Change Me. It Named Me.
I want to tell you about a conversation I had on a Tuesday afternoon that took about ten minutes and cost me nothing.
I’d been seeing the same thing everywhere — reels, articles, Pinterest boards all asking the same question: What’s your feminine archetype? Queen energy. Sage energy. Huntress energy. Dress for your archetype. Show up as your archetype. Activate your divine feminine.
I’m a curious person by nature. It’s basically my job. So I did what I always do when something catches my attention — I asked AI about it.
I opened ChatGPT and typed: What is this whole trend about the feminine archetype? Can you tell me about it?
What came back was genuinely useful. It separated the older psychological and spiritual roots of the idea from the newer social media version — because they’re quite different things being blended together in ways that can get confusing fast. I appreciated that it didn’t just give me the TikTok version.
Then I told it what I was actually seeing — the fashion angle. The “dress for your archetype” content that was showing up in my feed.
And that’s where it got interesting.
It walked me through what that actually means — that stylists and creators are moving away from words like classic, boho, edgy, romantic, minimalist, and replacing them with more emotionally resonant language. Queen. Sage. Muse. Huntress. Creator. Not a personality diagnosis. More like a style quiz with better storytelling and prettier Pinterest boards.
Then, without me asking, it did something I didn’t expect.
It told me where I fit.
For your work and your brand, it said, your strongest clothing language is a blend of Sage, Queen, and Creator. Charcoal and soft navy. Clean silhouettes. Good structure. Silver jewelry. Glasses. Polished but not corporate. One element of personality or warmth. It says: smart, calm, experienced, modern, and approachable.
I sat with that for a moment.
Not because it surprised me. Because it didn’t.
That’s almost exactly how I already dress. Have for years. It’s the look I reach for instinctively when I have something important to do — a workshop, a recording, a client session. I just never had those particular words for it.
And here’s what I want you to notice about that.
AI didn’t tell me who to be. It didn’t give me a makeover or a mood board or a shopping list. It looked at what I’d shared about myself and reflected it back in language I could actually use.
That’s not a small thing.
Having the words for who you already are — for how you already show up at your best — changes something. It makes the decision easier next time. It makes the copy cleaner. It makes the explanation shorter when someone asks what you do and who you do it for.
For now, I want to leave you with this: that ten-minute conversation cost me nothing. No coach, no course, no quiz funnel, no $297 program.
Just a question. And a tool that was ready to think with me.
Have you ever asked AI something like this? I’d genuinely love to know.
