Sales copy doesn't have to be painful. Here's how to use AI to find the right words for your offer — words that actually connect with the clients you want.

Ask most solopreneurs what their least favorite thing to write is, and sales copy comes up almost every time.
It's not because they don't believe in what they offer. It's because writing about your own work — in a way that feels true, not pushy, and actually compelling — is genuinely hard. There's so much pressure in it. Say too much and you sound desperate. Say too little and nobody understands what they're buying.
AI won't take the pressure away entirely. But it can take the blank page away, which is usually the hardest part.
Before you write a single word of copy, spend five minutes answering these questions as honestly as you can:
Don't polish these answers. Just be honest. That raw material is worth more than any template.
Paste your answers into ChatGPT or Claude with this:
"Using the information below, write a sales page section for my offer. The audience is [describe them]. Focus on the transformation, not just the features. Use a warm, confident tone — not hype, not pressure. Write as if you're explaining why this matters to someone who needs it but isn't sure yet. Here's the background: [paste your answers]."
Read what comes back. It probably won't be perfect — but it will show you angles and phrases you hadn't considered, and it will give you something real to work with.
The headline. Ask AI to give you ten headline options. You'll probably hate most of them and love one. That one is your headline.
The problem statement. AI is good at articulating pain points in plain language. Read the draft and highlight any line that makes you think "yes, that's exactly it." Those are your keepers.
The transformation statement. The "what changes after" section. This is where AI can help you say something true in a way that lands emotionally, not just logically.
The call to action. Ask AI to write five different versions. The right one will feel like an invitation, not a push.
Your story. A specific client result. The thing that makes your approach different from everyone else offering something similar. Those parts have to come from you — and they're also the parts that make people choose you specifically.
Think of it this way: AI writes the structure, you write the soul. Together, you end up with copy that's both professional and genuinely yours.
