Here's the Date

Two weeks ago I told you the launch was delayed, not dead. I meant it then. I mean it even more now that I can finally give you something solid to hold onto.

I could tell you that date came from a spreadsheet, a plan, a perfectly executed timeline. It didn’t. It came from eleven days of rebuilding everything I owned from the ground up, and then a few more weeks of realizing I wasn’t ready to rush back into launching on top of shaky ground, even ground I’d just finished rebuilding.

So I slowed down. On purpose, this time, instead of being forced into it.

Every site is mine now, not rented, not borrowed, not one cancellation email away from disappearing. And somewhere in the middle of that rebuild, I started working alongside someone who’s brought a kind of energy to this project that I haven’t felt in a while. The excitement is back. Not the frantic kind. The steady kind, the kind that comes from knowing what you’re building and why.

September 14th. Mark it down. More is coming, a lot more, but for today, I just wanted you to have the date.
